I had a wonderful stay at Java Paragon. The massage spa was excellent with very friendly staff and a comfortable service. I got the new room that is clean, spacious, and cozy. Breakfast was a highlight with a complete selection and good taste, it was enjoyable enough to extend into a brunch. The coffee at Avenue Restaurant was very good as well. In the evening, I enjoyed the live music at Citilines Rooftop Resto which created a pleasant atmosphere to end the day. I also appreciated the friendly driver who picked me up at the airport. Overall, the service was consistently good and made my stay very pleasant. I would definitely recommend Java Paragon for anyone visiting Surabaya. Several times to stay and they keep upgrading the service.

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly and helpful reception staff. The restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, with prompt and attentive service. My room was cleaned thoroughly every day, creating a tidy and comfortable space to relax. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and complete. Overall, the comfort and quality of service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an outstanding stay.
